Boisvert Farm and North Hadley Sugar Shack
Come visit us on the web at www.northhadleysugarshack.com, where you can buy all of our Maple Syrup products online!

Brothers Joe and John Boisvert first started making maple syrup in their teens, and through high-school, took up farming. In 1995 the brothers purchased the family farm and built their Sugar Shack. One year later they opened the North Hadley Sugar Shack to serve New England pancake breakfasts that featured their own maple syrup.

The popularity of their maple sugar products allow the brothers to keep the Sugar Shack open nearly year-round and also offer local produce, flowers, and dairy products as well as ice-cream, quick meals, crafts, and special seasonal events. A play yard and the animal village are other features the Boisverts have built to make their farm a great all season destination.

he best places to buy produce in the greater Easthampton area are, without a doubt, from the many farm stands that can be found throughout the town. Here, unlike at large  chain stores, you can savor the country atmosphere and you'll know exactly where your food is coming from. We could rant on and on about the fine fruits and vegetables that come from the area's somewhat famous Connecticut River Valley soil, but for this section we will simply introduce you to the many stands that keep popping up all over town so that you don't have to go out looking for them. There is no better place to stop on a Sunday drive than one of the area's "uniquely New England" roadside stands. Stop by any of these stands, be greeted by one of the towns friendly growers and we're certain you'll be back.
